Job Description
Working as a member of the FIM Sales Team you will report to the Head of Sales and liaise with the Finance Department. The analyst will play an important role in helping to optimise the business and maximise yield across the diverse FIM portfolio.

The ideal candidate will proactively contribute to effective team working to deliver exceptional service quality.


  • Create and manage regular reports for inventory management including ad impression analysis and calculation of CPM by site and format

  • Produce regular weekly and monthly reports for the Sales Team highlighting short and long term inventory opportunities and escalating any potential issues which would cause problems with us achieving target.

  • Proactively identifying opportunities for system and process requirements

  • Becoming an expert resource for internal customers on pricing and yield management issues

  • Management of inventory control systems

  • Liaison with Trafficking team and Development teams to ensure all tagging strategies are satisfied in terms of ongoing reporting

  • Create and implement new forecasting models for new product launches.

  • Working with Head of Sales to understand revenue vs. product and the potential of any new site.

  • Liaising with Marketing on all page impression data to ensure we are on track vs. forecast - highlighting any issues to rest of Sales Team.

  • Problem solving with the Sales Team.

  • Identification and analysis of deals sold by audience or network.

  • Liaising with Finance; profit vs. loss analysis on major deals.

  • Able to produce sales packages for the sales team to maximise revenue.


  • Minimum of 3 years within a media sales environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Excel.

  • Numerical and with a high degree of attention to detail.

  • Excellent Time Management skills to ensure timely delivery of committed projects.

  • Good business understanding.

  • Solid understanding of Media required with background in Online desired but not critical.

  • Good organisational skills.

  • Excellent administrative, communication and inter-personal skills.

  • Knowledge of other Microsoft packages particularly Access favourable.

  • Must enjoy working in a pressurised and fast-paced media sales environment

  • Positive attitude is a must.
