Includes admission to Technical Sessions, Exhibit Area, Exhibitors Reception, copy of Proceedings (CD ROM), Three Luncheons (T, W, Th), Wednesday Oktoberfest. Free admission to Exhibit Area is also included for spouse.

Note 1: To receive IEEE Conference rates, please include current membership number. Member number will be verified.

Note 2: Non-Member fee includes one-year Basic Membership in IEEE and the I&M Society. Voucher will be provided with registration package at the conference. Redeem voucher at the IEEE booth at the conference.

2. SEMINARS - Monday, Sept. 17

Seminar Registration includes admission to all seminars, paper copy of Seminar Papers, and Monday lunch. This registration is required to attend any or all of the seminars, but does not include registration for the Conference/Technical Program.

The Seminar program offers three tracks of technical and management educational courses of four hours duration each, and is approved for Continuing Education Unit (CEU) awards. Cost of the CEU application is included in the seminar registration.
3. EXHIBIT AREA ONLY - Tuesday, Sept. 18 thru Thursday, Sept. 20

Admission to Exhibit Area includes Tuesday luncheon and reception. Admission is complimentary after Tuesday. Note that admission to the Exhibit Area is included with conference registration and one additional admission is provided for spouse.


Extra copies are available for purchase. Conference Proceedings are available only on CD ROM and Seminar Papers are available only as hard copy.

6. IEEE Life Member/Student Member Registration - Tuesday, Sept. 18 thru Thursday, Sept. 20

Free admission to the Technical Sessions is offered to IEEE Life Members or IEEE Student Members. Conference proceedings, luncheons, Wednesday Oktoberfest, Seminars and admission to all other events are available for separate purchase.

7. GOLF - Monday, Sept. 17

This year’s golf tournament will be held at the Beechtree Golf Club in Aberdeen, MD. Beechtree is ranked among the top 100 public courses in the nation and is ranked as the number two public course in Maryland. In addition to beverages during play, we will provide both a continental breakfast and a lunch. Prizes will be abundant. The Golf Registration Form must be submitted at time of registration. 8. ANNAPOLIS TOUR - Tuesday, Sept. 18 Please note that spaces are limited!

8:30 - 3:30. Have fun while exploring the history and culture of Annapolis.  A modern coach and colonial guide will take you from the Baltimore Convention Center to Annapolis for a trolley tour of historic Annapolis, the Maryland WWII Memorial, and the scenic Severn River.  You will take a guided walking tour of the U.S. Naval Academy, including the chapel and visitor’s center, or you may go shopping at boutiques and art galleries in the downtown historic district.  Lunch is on your own but we will have seats reserved at Phillips Annapolis Harbor Restaurant overlooking the waterfront.  You'll also take a narrated sightseeing cruise of Annapolis Harbor and the banks of the U.S. Naval Academy aboard the Harbor Queen.

9. BALTIMORE TOUR - Wednesday, Sept. 19 Please note that spaces are limited!

9:00 - 3:00. See the "Star Spangled Banner” City.   The coach and guide will pick up guests at the Baltimore Convention Center for a tour of renowned points of interest which include the Flag House, the Inner Harbor, City Hall, the Basilica of the Assumption, and Mt. Vernon Place.  The tour continues at Ft. McHenry with a short and informative film. Lunch will be on your own in the quaint maritime neighborhood of Fells Point with its cobblestone streets, specialty shops, cafes, and restaurants. Afterwards, the coach will drop you off at Charles Street for shopping at unique boutiques and then back to the Convention Center for an afternoon of shopping at the Inner Harbor.


Enjoy a fun-filled evening at the National Aquarium that begins with Oktoberfest at the Beer Garden at 6:00. The Aquarium doors will open at 7:00 pm and you can sample the libations and deluxe hors d’ouvres as you tour the Aquarium’s many tanks, exhibits and displays. Following the dinner buffet, be sure to catch the exciting Dolphin Show. Cap the evening with gourmet desserts and a grand fireworks display. From 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

11, 12. LUNCHEONS - Wednesday, Sept. 19 and Thursday, Sept. 20

The Wednesday and Thursday luncheons will be held at the adjoining Hyatt Regency hotel. Additional tickets for guests or spouse to conference luncheons are available for purchase.


The Renaissance Harborplace - The AUTOTESTCON 2007 group rate is $199 plus tax. Call 1-800-468-3571 and reference "IEEE AUTOTESTCON 2007". The reservation cut-off date is 23 August 2007. After that date, rooms will be accepted on a space available basis at the conference rates.

The Hyatt Regency - The AUTOTESTCON 2007 group rate is $199 plus tax. Call 1-800-233-1234 and reference "AUTOTESTCON 2007". The reservation cut-off date is 21 August 2007. Reservation requests after that date will be based on availability at the discounted rates until the room block commitment is reached after which time the prevailing rate of the day will apply.
