Tyrannosaurus Rex

1. T. Rex walked on two legs.

2. He was a meat-eater with large pointed teeth.

3. He had two tiny arms with two fingers on each and three large toes on each foot.

4. He weighed 10,000 to 14,000 pounds.

  1. T. Rex could eat up to 500 pounds of meat in one bite!


  1. Diplodocus was one of the longest animals ever found.

  2. He was a plant eater with pencil shaped teeth.

  3. Altogether he was about 90 feet long. His neck was about 26 feet long and his tail was about 45 feet long. His head was less than 2 feet long.


  1. Maiasaura were plant-eating dinosaurs with a duckbill.

  2. They were the first dinosaur found next to its young, nests, and eggs. This makes scientists think that they took care of their babies.

  3. They had 4 fingers on each hand and the feet had hoof like claws.

  4. There hind legs were much larger than their front legs.
