Pancake mix, prepared according to package directions
½ c. brown sugar
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. butter, melted
In a small mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter until thoroughly combined. Pour mixture into a squeeze bottle (i.e. an empty honey bear container). If it is too thick to squeeze out of the bottle, thin it out with a very small amount of milk. Do make it too thin. Set aside. Make pancake batter according to package directions. Heat skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and spoon or pour batter into warm skillet to begin cooking pancakes. Immediately swirl in some of the brown sugar mixture. When bubbly, turn pancakes and continue cooking until done. Serve with syrup or choice of frosting .
Cream Cheese Frosting Original Cinnabon Frosting
¼ c. butter 1 ½ c. powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese ½ t. butter, melted
1 ½ t. milk ¼ t. vanilla
½ t. vanilla 1 t. milk
1 ½ c. powdered sugar
-Beat ingredients together using -Mix all ingredients together in
a hand mixer. in a small mixing bowl.
