which is beyond the rivers of Ethiopia: ( the Republic of South Africa ! ) That sendeth ambassadors by the sea, ( undersea fibre-optic cable ? ) even in vessels of bulrushes upon the waters, ( vessels of paper-reed / papyrus messages / word documents ! ) saying, Go, ye swift messengers, ( fleet, trans–Atlantic electronic script ?! ) to a nation scattered and peeled, ( drawn out and polished ! ) to a people terrible ( reverent ! ) from their beginning hitherto; ( the United States of America ! ) a nation meted out and trodden down, ( before independence and before Yahshua’s return ! ) 
whose land the rivers have spoiled! ( a land great navigable rivers divide or who the nations have fleeced ! ) All ye inhabitants of the world, and dwellers on the earth, see ye, when he lifteth up an ensign on the mountains; and when he bloweth a trumpet, hear ye. For so Yahweh said unto me, I will take my rest, and I will consider in my dwelling place like a clear heat upon herbs, and like a cloud of dew in the heat of harvest. For afore the harvest, when the bud is perfect, and the sour grape is ripening in the flower, he shall both cut off the sprigs ( twigs of the vine ! ) with pruning hooks, and take away and cut down the branches. ( off–shoots of Israel ! ) They shall be left together unto the fowls of the mountains, and to the beasts of the earth: and the fowls shall summer upon them, and all the beasts of the earth shall winter upon them. In that time shall the present ( gift offered as homage ! ) be brought unto Yahweh of hosts of a people scattered and peeled, ( drawn out and polished. .from both this land “. . . beyond the rivers of Ethiopia . . .”: ) and from a people terrible from their beginning hitherto; ( .reverent. - from pilgrim forefathers until now ! ) a nation meted out and trodden under foot, ( measured, fastened down and subject – past and current ! ) whose land the rivers have spoiled, ( from both of which this “ present ” are drawn out and polished : )

And they shall bring all your brethren ( that are sorrowful for the. .solemn assembly ) for an offering unto Yahweh out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith Yahweh, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of Yahweh. And I will also take of them for priests and for Levites, saith Yahweh. ( The rest of Israel will follow on after - see Isaiah 2: 3–5 ! ) For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith Yahweh, so shall your seed and your name remain. ( Renewing the promise of Jeremiah 31: 35–36 ! ) And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith Yahweh. And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.
