Jump Rope

For Life!

Jumping rope is a simple game and exercise that always yields tons of fun! It is simple in rules, but requires coordination of the body. Have a friend turn the other end of a rope “in sync”, start up a song or rhyme and invite a friend (or friends) to jump in and keep the beat. Double Dutch uses 2 ropes and is twice as difficult–and probably twice the fun! Come on, jump rope for your life!
