2015 Music and Art Festival

Camping Permit Application
Festival Camping Permits are good for Friday, August 14, Saturday, August 15 and Sunday, August 16 in the RUSTIC campsites ONLY (directly behind the Festival Grounds).
Restricted to two camping units per site ~ Sites are Limited ~ Pre-Paid Camping Permits DO NOT entitle the purchaser to “RESERVE” a specific site!!

$50.00 for site with fire ring and picnic table

$25.00 for group site – no individual fire rings or picnic tables

(A Camping Unit is a tent, a trailer, a pop-up, a camper, a boat & any other creative alternatives...)

* Camping Permits are available ONLY with the purchase of Advanced Tickets for each member in your party and will be processed in the order they are received! You must provide the names of each person in your party. If no Advanced Ticket Order accompanies this form, the application will be rejected.

* Each Camping Permit Includes One (1) Car Pass per SITE.

* Approval is based on availability and Advanced Ticket purchase ~ First Ordered, First Served!

* Your Advanced Ticket Purchase Confirmation will include confirmation of your Camping Permit, if approved, and must be presented at the Festival Gate after 12:30 pm on Friday, August 14th to enter the camping area.

* Early arrivals (coming into the campground prior to Wednesday, August 12th) must register at the Woodland Park office. There will be an extra charge payable to the Festival Committee for August 12th and 13th. Any days after 12:30 p.m. on August 17th are payable to the Woodland Park office. Your Festival Camping Permit will be available after 12:30 pm on Friday, August 14th at the Festival Gate.
