Approval of the Competent Authority is hereby communicated for the Inter Railway Mutual Transfer of Sri Yashwant Kumar Dewangan, Sr.ALP/VSKP of WAT/ ECoRly in scale Rs 5200-20200/-with GP. Rs 2400/- on reversion as ALP in scale Rs 5200-20200/-with GP. Rs 1900/- .with Sri A.V.S.Vara Prasad, ALP/BIA of Raipur/SECR in scale Rs 5200-20200/-with GP. Rs 1900/-, subject to the following terms and conditions applicable to the inter Railway Mutual Transfer at their own request as per extant rule.
Note:
1. The concerned employees should be free from SPE/Vigilance/D&A cases on the date of release.
2 Their seniority in the new units will be fixed as applicable in mutual transfer cases under rules.
3. They are hereby advised in terms of Railway Board’s letter NO. E (NG)-I/2006/TR/6 dtd. 21.4.2006 (RBE No. 53/2006) that no request for back tracking from the mutual exchange to be entertained in any circumstances.
4. They are not eligible for any joining time, transfer passes and composite transfer grant etc.
5. While releasing the staff concerned the following formalities may be complied within terms of Rly .Board’s Letter No.E(NG)I-2001/TR/16 dated 21.11.2001(RBE No.229/2001).
a) The release memorandum should have the photograph of the employee pasted on it duly attested in a manner that the signature of the releasing official and the rubber stamp below that appear partially on the photograph and partially on the paper outside the photograph.
b) Sparing memo should have the signature of the transferred employee and his thumb impression both of which should be duly attested by the officer signing the release memorandum/order with officer’s name and designation appearing below the signature.
6. The staff of East Coast Railway should be spared first without waiting for the staff to come from other Railway.
7. Sri A.V.S.Vara Prasad may be directed to report to DRM(P)/WAT for his further posting.
