I am (ORACLE-PeopleSoft Certified Trained) consultant with over 19 years of senior level PeopleSoft/ORACLE Applications expertise.



Participated in/and successfully completed over 13 PeopleSoft successful full life cycle HRMS/HCM & SCM financials projects and over 14 upgrades, many involving international application rollouts/deployments. WORK EXPERIENCE (PeopleSoft Consulting Work)

Wake Forest Consulting Inc., Raleigh, NC

Client: Corning, Corning, NY.

Title: Senior PeopleSoft SME Techno-Functional & HRMS Specialist HCM (v9.1 Upgrade, Integration and Support) 6/11 to Present

In Summary:

Lead technical-functional team lead member with my primary focus being the PeopleSoft HR, Base Benefits, Compensation, Payroll and Talent Management (Recruiting TAM/CG) modules for Corning’s PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 GLOBAL Application for the upgrade, post go-live support and vendor integration projects. Designed and developed a custom bolt-on Compensation (Special Pay Awards) for issuing, receiving and processing special payment awards to PeopleSoft Payroll for the Global Corning Workforce. Worked improve the Corning reporting relationships by Position and Supervisor by creating custom reports and training user on best practice for using the Position Management module and how it interfaces with PeopleSoft Workforce Administration and Finance Budgeting.

My responsibilities included working with globally with the Corning Business Leads, Technology Services directors and support leads and the customer management team to provide both functional and technical training and support aspects of the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 upgrade and follow on project planning, presenting and gathering of requirements for the upgrade and facilitating Fit-Gap sessions for the various new integrations and applicant customization and enhancements for the TAM/CG Recruiting module and other PeopleSoft HR modules including (Core HR, Position Management, Workforce Administration, Talent Management, Person Profile Management, Benefits Admin, Global Payroll & Global Payroll Interface)

I participated as the projects lead functional team lead member for North Carolina State University PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 TO 9.1 upgrade fit/gap analysis planning project.

In Summary:

I am working as PeopleSoft production support analyst and functional lead for the hospital’s PeopleSoft ERP applications support team. My role involves working with the user communities to help resolve application issues and to facilitate fit/gap sessions, create requirements documents, functional specifications and technical specifications for the deployment of new PeopleSoft functionality and user requested enhancements to the HCM and FIN PeopleSoft applications.

My responsibilities included working with the Hospital Customers and the customer management teams to provide both functional and technical support for the Hospitals PeopleSoft HCM & FIN 9.0 applications. Involved heavily in the upgrade project planning, presenting module demos, and gathering requirements for the module implementations, running fit-gap sessions for the various new version enhancements and updates.
