You will learn from competition, put this into strategy and implement a key project within Oriflame.

To prepare a strategy for our newcomer communication by making:
Recommendation for a new communication plan for Oriflame Central Europe.

A detailed recommendation on what and when to communicate to our new clients/consultants.
Influence and affect an important project and you will have the Top Managements attention and support by providing a strategy for Oriflame.

Requirements:

One/two person(s) with consumer research knowledge, one/two person(s) preferably with sales experience and one/two broader management participant(s) are preferable.
Summer internship: there might be a possibility for one of the team members to do a paid summer internship to work on the implementation of this project.

Expected number of students/participants:

3-4 participants. Preferably only one non-Polish-speaker.
