II. Priority will be given to candidates who meet most of the following criteria (please check all that apply, and expand upon these in your statement of motivation)

____Actively engaged in the post-2015 process

____Has engaged with the WMG

____Knowledgeable of the WMG inputs to the processes so far (Rio+20, OWG on SDGs, ICESDF, HLPF, PGA meetings, etc.)

____Willingness to participate in WMG activities/events, liaise with other major stakeholders, and represent the WMG at events including panels, discussions and press conferences;

____Willingness to engage in advocacy with governments and report on the inter-governmental process at WMG meetings (virtually and/or in-person);

____Can commit to actively contribute to WMG preparatory activities leading up to and following the meeting (including but not limited to: preparing briefing papers, interventions, talking points &responses based on WMG positions and own expertise; taking in comments from WMG members; writing a brief participation report)

____Experience with UN inter-governmental processes, including preparing position papers, statements, advocacy proposals, and communicating with others,

____Experience with reviewing relevant documents and consolidating a variety of comments (including from grassroots activists) in an effective format for government and CSO delegates;

____Experience with confronting/identifying unsustainable practices and implementing alternative strategies that strengthen the role and contribution of women to sustainable development (at various levels, e.g. at grassroots / community level)
