Appendix B: Table with data for the parameter estimation
Studies providing data to test predictions on the insect density-plant density relationship between immigration/oviposition rates of terrestrial insect herbivores. The data was extracted from tables and figures (using the software Engauge Digitizer) given in the papers. The slope was calculated by regressing ln(density) to ln(plant density). The references are listed below the table.
