From Tuesday, March 4ththrough Monday, March 17th, 2014, FROGGY will instruct listeners to call our studios to win a CD from one of the ACM nominated artists at the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music awards taking place in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 6th, 2014. Each CD winner will be automatically qualified for a grand prize drawing for a Froggy FlyAway trip to the awards ceremony provided by WARNERMUSIC NASHVILLE. Contest may be extended or withdrawn with reasonable notice.
Grand Prize will be awarded Monday afternoon March 17th, 2014 in a random drawing from all qualified entries. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail.
Grand Prize is valued at approximately $3,100.00 and consists of round-trip airfare for two Pittsburgh to Las Vegas, NV Friday, April 4th, returning Monday, April 7th, 2014; three days and three nights hotel accommodations on the World-Famous Las Vegas Strip for one person and a guest; two tickets to the 49th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards ceremony on April 6th; and a $600.00 Maurice’s shopping spree. Trip does not include meals or spending cash, or additional transportation outside of that which is part of the prize package.
One prize per person for the duration of this contest, which is not transferable. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all applicable local, state and federal taxes. A 1099 will be issued to winner at year’s end.
Participating Froggy radio stations and the companies affiliated with this contest are not responsible for any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or in conjunction with any prizes won in this contest, nor are they responsible for any malfunction of equipment or telephone systems during this contest.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize are based on number of on air winners and Froggy Facebook registrations.
By participating, all entrants agree that if they win Grand Prize, Froggy radio stations may announce their name or use their voice on-air and online for promotional purposes.
