Dashi (Japanese Soup Stock (2 full spoons)
Sake (Japanese Rice Wine) (2 full spoons)
Soy sauce (2 full spoons)
Salt (just a pinch)
I used 8-cup capacity Japanese automatic rice cooker which comes with its own cup. I put all ingredients together in the pot and pressed the button. That's all. Easy as finger snapping! You can also try preparing all the items separately, and then mixing them together if you don't have a rice cooker at home.
