Declaration
We hereby apply to join / renew* as full Affiliate / Associate* member of The Football Supporters’ Federation. (To be an FSF Affiliate we abide by the FSF requirement our organisation must be democratically organised, if our organisation is not then we agree to join as an FSF Associate.)
By becoming a member of the Football Supporters’ Federation (FSF) you agree to our fundamental principles as set out in our constitution. These include:



We support the objectives of the FSF as defined in clause two of the FSF constitution. If you would like a copy of the constitution please email info@fsf.org.uk.
We note that the Federation shall be non-partisan, non-profit making and non-party political.
It is a mandatory for FSF affiliate membership; that a properly constituted affiliate member of the FSF shall be one where a majority of the governing committee is elected by its members at an open/general meeting or by postal ballot, and is democratically run.

An FSF-affiliated organisation should give members the opportunity to periodically debate FSF-related issues.


The declaration confirms that this organisation accepts the objectives of the FSF and that the rules of this organisation meet the above requirements fully. The group also agrees to notify the secretary of the FSF if the rules of this organisation are altered in any way that may be related to the above FSF requirements.
