CAREER SUMMARY:

I am a (ORACLE-PeopleSoft Certified Trained) with over 19 years of ERP/PeopleSoft/ORACLE senior level functional and technical consultant. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, leading Fit/Gap sessions, SDLC methodology, cost benefit analysis, impact analysis and business process re-engineering (BPEL), following best practice execution, creating and maintaining project plans, writing functional specifications, technical design specifications, test scripts, trouble shooting, application configuration, product support & change management, application integration design, data conversion planning and execution, upgrade planning and execution, application development, customization, enhancement and analysis experience in various hardware and software platforms and environments (batch & online/web). More than 18 years of strong functional/technical experience within the PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM, Campus Solutions application products, and over 10 years PeopleSoft SCM Financial applications. I have in-depth functional and technical expertise with PeopleSoft versions 2.0 thru 9.0.


My career summary also includes advanced PeopleSoft Certified Functional and Technical training. Participated in/and completed over 13 PeopleSoft full life cycle HRMS/HCM & SCM financials projects and 10 upgrades, many involving global implementation, configuration, 3rd Party integrations using the SOA methodology in conjunction with the integration broker and development of many useful bolt-on application specific enhancements. I have worked in a variety of business environments from Higher Ed, Medical, Manufacturing, Defense, and Energy.
Functional experience details include client business process analysis and re-engineering, configuring the applications, leading fit and gap product review sessions, creating business requirements documentation, writing detailed specifications, development of change management procedures and policies, create and maintain the project plan, facilitate meetings with the user and management community to gather on going requirements, production support incident/issue tracking, writing test scripts, trouble shooting, configuring the application, ad-hoc client reporting (SQL, PS Query, Crystal, nVision, SQR, Business Objects), job stream configuration, and user training. My functional PeopleSoft application knowledge includes PeopleSoft Applications HRMS/ HCM Campus Solutions (all modules including Student Administration, Global & North American Payroll, Ben Admin & Base Benefits, COBRA Administration, Absence Management, Time and Labor, eRecruit(Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway), Compensation, eSuite(eBenefits, eManager, ePerformance, eProfile, eDevelopment, ELM, eLearning, eCampus suite) and employee & manager self service). SCM financial modules (OM, EX, PC, Contracts, AP, AM, GL, PO, BI, IN, AR, BU), eProcurement, sPro, Procure to Pay, VAT and SUT setup.
