摘要

中國薔薇(Rosa chinensis Jacq. var. chinensis)原產中國中部至南部,為薔薇科(Rosaceae)、薔薇屬(Rosa)之直立性常綠灌木,病蟲害少,花香怡人,並適合南台灣氣候,但有關花香及季節變化之研究闕如。本研究在探討不同季節之精油含量及香氣成份上的變化,花香形成之較佳花期,以提高薔薇花之附加價值及應用。

精油含量方面,不論各開花期其精油含量皆高於花露水之含量。若以季節來觀察可發現11-2月和6-7月之精油揮發性成份含量以半開期較多,分別為1.14 mg/g和2.29mg/g,9-10月則以含苞期(1.15mg/g)含量較多。精油成份中,Geraniol在各季節中含量較高,其中較低含量為2003年6-7月之半開期(0.24%)、2004年6-7月半開期(trace)、11-2月之含苞期(0.83%)及6-7月之含苞期(0.95%)。花露水中,全開期之Geraniol含量最高(20.39%) ,半開期次之(15.77%)。含苞期具有較高的-Terpinene(33.04%),全開期次之(15.88%)。半開期具有較高之Eugenol(28.45%),其次為含苞期(7.91%)。

Linalool在半開期時處理500 ppm甲硫胺酸為1.60%,無顯著變化,而處理1000 ppm甲硫胺酸為53.70%,是原來之30倍。而全開期及含苞期之處理結果則相反。甲硫胺酸可使Linalool含量增加,且在半開期時最有效果。

Abstract

Chineserose (Rosa chinensis Jacq. var. chinensis) is belonging to Rosaceae with pleasant was found to grow very well in Pingtung. Very limited researches concerning about the flower scent and seasonal variation have been published. The aim of this research was to study the difference of compounds between season and flower developmental stages.

The volatile compounds of rose essential oils varied with different seasons, 1.14 mg/g for November to February, whereas 2.29mg/g for June to July. Geraniol is the major aroma compound in rose water. In addition to geraniol, -terpinene and eugenol were characterized as well. Bud stage of rose contains significant amount of -terpinene (33.04%), whereas, half bloom rose contains high level of eugenol(28.45%). Methionine was found to enhance the biosynthesis of linalool significantly. There is a positive corelationship between the spraying levels of methionine 500 to 1000 ppm with concentration of linalool.
